COVID-19 Vaccine Reactions

December 2020

This page aims to record reported instances of people having adverse reactions to COVID-19 vaccines.

Oxford University / AstraZeneca [AZD1222]

1) On the 8th of September a large human phase 3 trial of AZ's CV-19 vaccine was placed on hold following a human guinea pig who experienced a serious adverse reaction. Published results from the earlier phases 1 and 2 reported that about 60% [that is 60%!] of 1,000 participants given the vaccine experienced side effects. All of the side effects, which included fever, headaches, muscle pain, and injection site reactions, were deemed mild or moderate.

AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine study put on hold due to suspected adverse reaction in participant in the U.K., Stat, 8th of September 2020.

AstraZeneca refused to disclose details about the adverse event, but the New York Times reported, “A volunteer in the U.K. trial had been found to have transverse myelitis.”

1) Britain's medicines regulator advised people with a history of significant allergies not to get the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine after two people reported adverse reactions on the first day of its rollout in the UK:

2) The vaccine is not to be administered to the following 3 types of person:

i) Pregnant women.

ii) Children under the age of 16.

iii) People suffering from allergies.

The reason is that the above 3 categories are not to receive the vaccine is because it was NOT tested on children under the age of 16 and pregnant women, and that the allergies reaction has arisen. The vaccine was also not tested on those aged over 55, which is ironic as this is the main category to receive the vaccine!!

Why pregnant women CAN'T have coronavirus vaccines: UK regulator will not offer jabs to mothers-to-be because none were studied in clinical trials – but says there's 'no evidence' to suggest they would harm them, Daily Mail, 10th of December 2020.

3) On the 19th of December 2020 it was reported that for the third time in three days, an Alaska health care worker had an allergic reaction after receiving a dose of the new Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine.:

4) A medical facility in Illinois temporarily stopped COVID-19 vaccinations after 4 healthcare workers experienced adverse reactions to the shots:

1) A doctor who suffers from a shellfish allergy was forced to give himself an EpiPen after suffering a severe allergic reaction to the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.:
