State Racism - An Example

State Racism - An Example

July 2020

The 14th of July 2020 saw the following article published:

'Positive discrimination' pledge on jobs by Birmingham's new chief executive

Here we see in the title a form of verbal gymnastics in "positive discrimination" when they, you, me and everyone knows it means racial discrimination. State-funded and State-motivated racial discrimination. If this was racial discrimination against Blacks then it would be all over the mainstream media, but racial discrimination against White and indigenous White British people then - no problem.

Let's take a look at what the article is about. It concerns Birmingham City Council chief executive Chris Naylor pledging to act over what he perceives as a lack of diversity in corridors of power. He states that he will enact the so-called "Rooney rule", which refers to racially-discriminating in favour of job applicants from Black and Asian backgrounds.

That's enough of this shit article. How can a State-funded government body racially discriminate? Isn't that in direct breach of the 2010 Equality Act, which states:

"13. Direct discrimination

(1) A person (A) discriminates against another (B) if, because of a protected characteristic, A treats B less favourably than A treats or would treat others."

where "race" is a protected characteristic.

That's it in black and white. If a person discriminates against another person purely based on race then it is in breach of the Equality Act, illegal and a criminal offence. Thus, Birmingham City Council is breaking the law.

Race Equity

"Race equity" is another bullshit term, like "positive discrimination" to try and hoodwink the people that racial discrimination in certain circumstance is good. The problem is this "race equity" is always a one-way process. However you sell it and you could talk the hind legs off a donkey and until the cows come home, race equity is racial discrimination and therefore illegal by UK law.

Young Women in Mechanical Engineering

Academia has had a "problem" for decades with encouraging young women to study mechanical engineering at university. If you picked a course at a university such as Leeds and there were 100 students on the first year course I'd be surprised if there more than 5 female students. The reasons behind this are complex.

If a university was to suddenly preferentially give places to female students instead of male students that is a direct act of inequality because sex is a protected characteristic. I don't have a problem trying to encourage women to study for mechanical engineering and we'd all like to see more women in engineering but to give women a fast track pass through the system that disadvantages men, then that is pure discrimination. Instead of breaking the law with race equity tackle the much harder underlying issues.

And it's a similar argument in Birmingham City Council and any other State body or company. Encourage Black, Asian, Aborigines, Tibetan Monks and others to work for Birmingham City Council but discriminating against Whites is illegal.

Positive White Discrimination

All of the points made by Birmingham City Council chief executive Chris Naylor can be turned on their head when we consider a town such as Savile in Yorkshire. In this 2016 Daily Mail article we learn how this town now has < 1% White British people living in the town:

'Go away, you shouldn't be here. Don't come back': The corner of Yorkshire that has almost no white residents, Daily Mail, 10 November 2016.

Let's see a "positive discrimination" initiative in Savile to get more White people into top jobs in Savile County Council. Is it going to happen? No. And why not? Because we now see the agenda of facilitating the replacement of the British people and their way of life. Even to such an extent that a government body is prepared to break the law.
