France Has Truly Embraced the Test-demic

I thought the British were stupid when it came to the COVID-19 Test-demic, but France takes the biscuit. Below is shown the number of cases and deaths as of the 25th of January 2022.

On the 25th of January 2022 they officially recorded 501,635 cases in 1 day and 467 deaths. That equates to 1,074 times more cases than deaths. And remember those are just those tested, a positive test and recorded. In France there must be over 5 million cases - because as I keep saying CVs are everywhere and unstoppable.

I'll say it again since Macron is so against the unvaccinated - isn't vaccination supposed to stop the number of cases going from ~5,000 in March/April 2020 pre-vaccination to 500,000+ post-vaccination?

Macron and his government are even more stupid than the British, and that's saying something.
